Clutch – Terms of Use

Welcome to Clutch. By using the Clutch app, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of the Service and Subscriptions

Clutch is an AI-powered tool designed to help users improve their dating app experience. The app provides suggestions such as:

• message replies
• pickup lines
• dating advice
• profile analysis
• communication coaching

Clutch uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions based on user input.

Some features of Clutch are available only through a paid subscription ("Clutch Pro"). Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions:

• renew automatically at $12.99 (USD) per week; and
• are billed to the payment method connected to your App Store or Google Play account.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Clutch does not guarantee matches, responses, or relationship outcomes.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the suggestions generated by Clutch.

By using the app you agree that you will not use Clutch to:

• harass or harm other individuals
• impersonate another person
• engage in abusive or illegal behavior
• send spam or manipulate others
• violate the terms of any dating platform

Clutch is intended to help improve communication, not to deceive or exploit others.

3. Objectionable Content Policy

You must not use Clutch to generate or share content that:

• includes hate speech, threats, or harassment;
• promotes discrimination, violence, or harm towards individuals or groups; or
• contains non-consensual or explicit sexual content, including attempts to coerce, pressure, or manipulate others.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the service or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Responses and suggestions generated by Clutch are created by artificial intelligence.

This means:

• suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate;
• responses may not reflect human judgement; and
• users should review suggestions before sending them.

You are responsible for any messages you choose to send.

5. Screenshots and User Content

Some features allow you to upload screenshots or text from dating apps.

By uploading content you confirm that:

• you have the right to share that content;
• the content does not violate privacy laws; and
• the content does not contain illegal material.

Clutch does not claim ownership of user content.

Uploaded content may be temporarily processed to generate AI responses.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Clutch is not affiliated with or endorsed by any dating platforms, including but not limited to:

• Tinder
• Hinge
• Bumble
• Instagram
• TikTok

You are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms when using suggestions generated by Clutch.

7. Monetization and Referrals

Clutch may provide opportunities for users to earn rewards, referrals, or commissions through promotional programs.

Participation in these programs may be subject to additional rules or eligibility requirements.

Clutch reserves the right to modify or discontinue such programs at any time.

8. Privacy

Clutch respects user privacy. Information provided to the app is used to operate and improve the service.

Clutch does not sell personal user data.

9. Disclaimer

Clutch provides suggestions and tools intended to assist with communication. Clutch does not provide professional relationship, psychological, or legal advice. Use of the service is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch and its creators are not responsible for:

• actions taken by users based on AI suggestions;
• interactions between users and third parties; or
• outcomes resulting from the use of the app.

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of results.

11. Apple EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .

12. Changes to These Terms

Clutch may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
